Portland Maine offers many real estate options, from sleek and renovated downtown condos to tree lined neighborhoods that have history and character.

Yet the city of Portland offers so much more, whether you live here or are just visiting. We recently put together this short video that highlights some of downtown area, especially the Old Port.

Video Tour

Portland’s Old Port is located in the heart of the city, encompassing the area from the waterfront to approximately Middle St. One of the primary shopping venues is Exchange St, which intersects with Fore St.  To download a map of this area, visit Portland Downtown Walking Tour.

Much of this area has been revitalized to the beauty that was once found in the 19th century and is complete with beautiful Victorian buildings, a pedestrian friendly waterfront, art galleries, boutiques, and of course Maine-centric restaurants. In the Summer and Fall nearly 100 cruise boats visit the city.
