Old Orchard Beach is one of the few communities in southern Maine where the condo market is larger than the single family.  In 2012 there were 110 condos sold at a median price of $193,444 compared to only 65 homes at $165,000.  In 2012 condo sales were up over 2011 by a significant 35% while home sales were only up 7%.

At this time there are six single family homes on the market priced about $400,000 and only one condo.
