Breaking ground with Unity and Landicity; Monday, May 21, 2018 marks the first day in a partnership to bring the highest quality sustainable homes to Maine.

Soon to be the home at 10 Rose Douglas Lane, Brunswick, the building site is full of construction workers, cranes, and  Unity panels. The precision engineering used by Unity allows the home to be constructed in New Hampshire using a CNC (computer numerically controlled) cutting machine and then shipped to location. This process achieves a higher standard for construction quality and is one of the advantages of building with Unity.

As we wait for the panels to be erected, we are excited to watch this home take shape over the next few weeks. If you’d like a preview of the Unity shell before it’s finished, stop by June 3 12:00 – 2:00 to meet with the developer and get insights on Douglas Ridge; Brunswick’s new green development.
