Year to Date home sales in Cumberland County trail prior year by nearly 6% while median selling prices are up just over 8%, as illustrated in the Infographic below.
With interest rates continuing to remain high, the time to sell a home has been increasing. This is true for both single family homes and condos.
On a monthly basis, for sale inventory is up from prior month while homes under contract have declined. Monthly sales compared to February 2023 declined 6%.
