Real estate sales in southern Maine continued strong for the first four months of 2016.  Single family home sales were up 15.4% year-to-date through April compared to the first quarter of 2015.  While pricing can be extremely variable by town, overall Cumberland County median sales prices are up 8.3% YTD.
