Energy Efficient
Facing south and including solar panels, this home will be Net Zero capable and will also be built to the most current advanced IRC standards. It will be able to achieve a 0.7 ACH50 blower test and a .34 HERS rating – all exceptional in Maine (or anywhere in the US).
